I love the idea of building things, anything! If there's a chance I can build it myself then that's exactly what i'll do. I am also enamored by technology, and the complexities involved in programming and development. It actually thrills me when a bit of code works as its supposed to and produces something that is both aesthetically pleasing and seamlessly functional. The beauty and complexity involved with coding useful things for the web keeps me up at night, eager to learn more and perfect my craft. I have been coding since college, when every website was unresponsive, barely functional, and only useful for providing the most basic information. Growing up I was the kid who took apart everything we owned just to see how it worked, and put it back together (most times). I grew up in Lower Manhattan and went to college upstate where I actually studied Biochemistry and Computer Science. I have been working hard daily since I was young, it's all I know. I love fixed gear bikes, football, my precious violin, and building things from salvaged materials.
